The dish and general utility position is responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards for china, glassware, tableware, cooking utensils, etc., using machine and manual cleaning methods. This position also ensures the dish washing area is maintained as a clean, safe and sanitary facility.
Restaurant servers ensure that patrons have an enjoyable dining experience by providing quality customer service. Servers work in the front of the business taking orders, serving food and drinks, and removing dinnerware from the table in a timely manner.
The primary responsibility of a Busser is to reset tables in a speedy professional and effective manner as guests leave the restaurant. Bussers are also responsible for the grooming of the entire restaurant and its perimeters, as well as supporting servers and service staff with refills and clearing tables. Other duties will be expected as need arises.
It is the line cook’s primary responsibility to prepare the highest quality food consistently and effectively. It is the line cook’s responsibility to accurately and efficiently cook meats, fish, vegetables, soups and other hot food products as well as prepare and portion food products prior to cooking. The line cook will also perform other duties in the areas of food and final plate preparation including plating and garnishing of cooked items.
The Cook is responsible for preparing pizzas and must be able to standard recipes for preparing and baking pizzas; communicating ticket times and potential problems to the manager on duty and servers as necessary; providing the highest quality of service to customers and associates at all times; performs all other responsibilities as directed by the business or as assigned by management.
Provide the first point of contact for all guests, through the coordination of all reservations for the dinning room and patio by phone or in person. Greet and assist all guests at the restaurant entrance, assist in seating and menu presentation. Coordinates with all managers and service staff essential details of patrons in the dinning room.
